• Fire extinguisher inspection, maintenance, and sales.
• CPR, First Aid, and BLS training for individuals and organizations.
All services are provided in accordance with applicable Texas laws and safety standards.
- Payment and Scheduling
Currently, all payments are handled offline (cash, check, invoice, or money order).
Services must be scheduled in advance. Missed or rescheduled appointments may be subject to additional fees at our discretion.
- Customer Responsibilities
Customers agree to:
• Provide accurate contact and service location information.
• Ensure safe access to premises during inspections or service visits.
• Follow post-service or safety recommendations provided by technicians or instructors.
- Training Disclaimer
Our CPR/BLS training follows national safety guidelines. Certification does not guarantee performance outcomes in real-life emergencies. We are not liable for any injury, damage, or outcome resulting from improper use of skills learned.
- Liability Disclaimer
While we make every effort to provide safe and professional services, Legacy Fire & Safety Inc. is not responsible for:
• Property damage resulting from pre-existing equipment conditions or misuse.
• Personal injury resulting from failure to follow safety instructions or improper equipment use.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the cost of the services provided.

All company names, logos, and website content are the property of Legacy Fire & Safety Inc.
They may not be reproduced, modified, or used without written permission.
